Christmas in the Nighttime Sky, was founded in 1991 in Twin Falls, Idaho by local business owners Dave & Sherry Wright. Since its establishment it has steadily grown and the Wrights have passed the torch and the event is now an established local non-profit organization (501c3) with a board and committee made up of volunteers from our community to help spread the joy of Christmas.
Every year (with the exception of 2020 due to the Covid-19) thousands gather to kick off the Holiday season with the traditional Chili Potato Feed, bonfires & Fireworks show, donating thousands of toys and funds that stay right here in the Magic Valley to help ensure no child goes without a toy. Christmas in the Nighttime Sky works with other like minded organizations for toy distribution and continues to plan for additional growth to assist Magic Valley children during the holidays.
We are thankful to be able to help these children and we are thankful to our community members that show up year after year to donate.
